The Good Brothers recently played to a packed house (180 people+) at the Newmarket Folk Society. Bruce Good generously insisted that Teal and Joyce bring their instruments and play an opening set and they did! It was particularly a thrill to join the Good Brothers at the end of the concert to belt out Gordon Lightfoot’s “Alberta Bound” in which David played a harmonica solo. Great evening.

Red Rock Festival!

We had a wonderful time playing at “Live from the Rock” Folk Festival in beautiful Red Rock, Ontario and made many new friends.  Thanks to everyone involved!  One of our highlights was a Blues workshop were  we shared a stage with  Suzie Vinnick, Sunday Wilde, Billy Manzik and “The Moose” (his blues were quite significant as you can see).
